1. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
The Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) includes the Australian Consumer Law. Consumer guarantees apply to many services and goods supplied in trade or commerce in Australia. Our Terms of Use explain how liability is limited where the law allows, and identify rights that cannot be excluded.

Email business@vendordepartment.world with “Consumer complaint” in the subject line. Include a link to the page concerned and a short description. We aim to acknowledge within ten business days where practicable.
